The beauty of your blog was not only the words, but the beautiful photos which often accompanied the reflections. Now it's become just another blog, an attempt to place as many articles as possible on a single page, and an attempt on their part to be the "biggest, best, most clicks', etc. It saddens me that this has happened. If it was at your request, or is easier for your community then I understand, but it is just not the same. Progress is not always the way . . . Christ is the way!
ReplyDeleteJust noticed your posting from September 30, 2014, so thought I'd respond, even though rather late. Since moving to Ancient Faith Radio, as my blog host, my readership numbers have made a dramatic increase. I am now reaching far more people around the world than I ever imagined possible. Not only have the people of AFR connected me to people who'd known nothing of my blog, but I am now doing five day a week podcasts, and once a week youtube videos, making my outreach enormous. As well, they've publish a years worth of my blog articles in book form, with my book being in the top four of their all time best sellers. Given that my whole purpose of doing the blog from the beginning, was as a missionary ministry, my decision to go with them was the right thing to do.
